Let’s be real… nutrition and health can be confusing when every time you speak with someone, or get on social media, there is a new diet, a new trend, or so much information that you do not even know where to start.
Are you tired of not knowing how to take care of your health, how to eat, and how to train? I GET IT. I spent a lot of time growing up and throughout college having a terrible relationship with food, under-eating, over exercising, and then bingeing on food every night. It consumed me- all that I ever thought about was my next meal, what my body looked like, and the number on the scale.
I would eat minimal calories throughout the day, exercise three times a day, and then every night I would binge on the food that I restricted throughout the day. The overeating in the evening left me feeling so defeated, so ashamed, and so upset with myself. I saw everyone else (I thought) have a great relationship with food, and I honestly never thought that I would get to that point. I was jealous.
Being a collegiate athlete, it severely effected my performance on the field and at practice.In 2018 I started my Instagram where I began sharing about my relationship with food and how I really struggled with it. The more that I spoke out about it, the more that I saw that I was not alone in this. So many women (and men) felt the same way that I felt. It absolutely broke my heart, but sparked my passion for healing so I could help others. After working and challenging myself with my relationship with food, my senior year of college I was able to slowly regain control over my disorder and my health. I am so grateful to say, today, that food doesn’t consume my thoughts, I don’t live for the weekend, or destroy my body in the gym 7 days a week.
Being a collegiate athlete, someone who is competitive, and a Sports Nutritionist, I understand how to eat to fuel performance, and to eat to be your strongest, highest performing self. I work with a lot of athletes who compete in Hyrox, half marathons + marathons, and OCR athletes.
On the other side of that- I also work with people who want to live a healthy lifestyle- people who want to renew their relationship with food, enjoy date nights out, and enjoy ice cream with their kids. I believe that your food and health should not be black and white. It is a very full circle approach to health- we work on optimizing your biofeedback, your relationship with food, your habits, and your life- and through that your physique looks better, just from the physiological changes.
Nutrition and taking care of your health really is such a simple thing, but it is not easy. My goal is to simplify nutrition in my client’s lives. I meet clients where they are at, create small goals for us to develop confidence in, and set realistic expectations for whatever season of life they are in.

A non-restrictive approach to your nutrition- you will be provided specific objective nutrition goals that you will be expected to adhere to on a consistent basis.
Goals and macronutrients will be adjusted weekly based on feedback, hunger, training, performance, and body composition goals.
Meal layouts + examples of how your meals should be built, and what we are looking for inside of each meal, so you can be successful at home or dining out.
Specific nutrition plans to prepare for races to optimize performance.
